KPV: 500MCG DOSING (ORAL)

4-8 week cycle followed by 2-4 week washout period

Best taken while fasted (1.5-2 hours before/after meal)

If taken twice daily, take first dose upon wake-up before morning meal

Buccal Administration: hold between gums and cheek until dissolved; once dissolved, wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking
