Retatrutide, 12.5MG and Cagrilinitide, 2.5MG
Please note that this blend is only appropriate for those who are new to Retatrutide, and/or those who are not transferring from high dose of another GLP. This is because the ratio of Retatrutide to Cagrilinitide is 1mg of Retatrutide to 200mcg of Cagrilinitide. Because Cagri is extremely potent and must be introduced “low and slow,” it is important to beware that if you are already using Retatrutide, you will have to decrease to a 1mg dose while you get used to the Cagrilinitide. Therefore those who are already established on Retatrutide should purchase the two peptides separately rather than using the blend.
DOSING CONSIDERATIONS
Dose once every 7 days
Stay on each dose for a minimum of 4 weeks, whether you are making progress or not during that period. – —————–

Cycling of this blend is recommended
RECONSTITUTION
Mix with 1.5mL of BAC water
DOSING
You will start at the Initial Dose of 12 units, and remain on this dose for 4 weeks. After week 4’s dose, evaluate your progress. If you are not suffering from severe adverse side effects AND are getting satisfactory appetite suppression from the initial dose, continue to take that dose until it is well-tolerated and appetite suppression wanes. Then go to 2nd dose.
Initial Dose (Weeks 1-4): Take 12 units (1mg Retatrutide, 200mcg Cagrilinitide), once every 7 days, for a minimum of 4 weeks
2nd Dose (Weeks 5-8 or ?): Take 36 units (3mg Retatrutide, 600mcg Cagrilinitide) once every 7 days, for a minimum of 4 weeks. After week 8’s dose, evaluate your progress. If you are not suffering from severe adverse side effects AND are getting satisfactory appetite suppression from the initial dose, continue to take that dose until it is well-tolerated and appetite suppression wanes. If you increase your dose at week 5, you will complete your first blend vial at week 7, and from there should transition to using the Retatrutide and Cagrilinitide in separate vials, so that you can cycle the Cagrilinitide on and off in order to prevent the body from creating anti-Cagrilinitide antibodies.
TRANSITIONING TO INDIVIDUAL VIALS
Retatrutide and Cagrilinitide cannot be run together indefinitely, since the body will build anti-Cagrilinitide antibodies if you cycle the Cagri too long. Therefore after a single vial of the blend, we recommend that you purchase the two separately after that first blend. Maintain your typical Retatrutide dosing schedule, and take your Cagri dose midway between your last and next dose of GLP. This will help to sustain appetite suppression and other benefits throughout the entire week.
