Ingredients

Lipo-C consists of various vitamins, nutrients, and branched-chain amino acids which decrease fat deposits, speed up the metabolism, and promote a healthy liver. The results are generally apparent fairly quickly, within 2-4 weeks. Its ingredients are as follows:

  • Methionine – Essential amino acid involved in fat breakdown. Antioxidant supporting skin, hair, and nails
  • Choline – Lipotropic amino acid that lowers cholesterol, breaks down fat in the liver, and improves cognitive function
  • Inositol – Supports fat metabolism and nerve transmission
  • L-Carnitine – Converts fat into energy; increases endurance and muscle recovery
  • Vitamin B5 (Dexpanthenol) – Manages stress, boosts energy, enhances brain and heart health, antioxidant support

  • L-Carnitine

Contraindications

  • Swelling of throat, lips, mouth, or tongue

Dosing

Week 1
100 units (1mg), once per week

Weeks 2 & 3
100 units (1mg), 1x/day, 3 days each week

Weeks 4–6
100 units (1mg), 1x/day, 5-7 days each week

Week 7+ (Maintenance Phase)
100 units (1mg), once per week
Remain in the maintenance phase as long as benefits continue. Once it stops working, take a 3-month washout before restarting.
