Mazdutide

Mazdutide is a dual agonist of the GLP-1 and glucagon receptors, originally designed to treat type 2 diabetes and obesity. It increases insulin secretion, lowers blood sugar levels, increases energy expenditure, improves fat metabolism in the liver, delays gastric emptying, and causes weight loss. Clinical trials have proven that Mazdutide leads to an average 9.5% weight loss within 12 weeks and 14% average weight loss at 48 weeks.

Mazdutide is considered the safest GLP-1 peptide, and side effects are generally minimal.

Contraindications

Do not take Mazdutide if you are pregnant or nursing.

Mix with 1mL (100 units) of BAC water
Subcutaneous Administration

Dosing Instructions

  • Dose once per week, on the same day each week
  • Remain at each dose level for a minimum of 4 weeks before increasing
  • Start low and only increase dose when well tolerated

Dosing Chart

  • 20 units = 2mg
  • 30 units = 3mg
  • 45 units = 4.5mg
  • 60 units = 6mg
