DOSING

CYCLE LENGTH: 4-6 weeks followed by 2-4 week washout period.

FREQUENCY: Daily.

DOSING TIME(S): Morning to early evening is ideal. 1-3 doses per day.

ONSET TIME: 15-30 minutes.

FASTING REQUIREMENTS: Does not require administration in a fasted state, as the intranasal administration bypasses the gastrointestinal tract.

STORAGE: Stable at room temperature until first use, after which the atomizer should be refrigerated.

ADMINISTRATION: Intranasal spray. Always split dose between both nostrils as much as possible. This is because it increases the mucosal surface area exposed to the solution, decreases runoff into the throat/loss from swallowing, and allows for more consistent absorption because nasal airflow, congestion, mucus, and the normal nasal cycle may make one nostril less effective than the other at any given time. Proper technique is important. DO NOT TILT YOUR HEAD BACK to dose. With your head tipped forward, tilt your atomizer towards the outside of your nose/outside corner of your eye, then sniff the spray gently.

DISPENSE RATE: 100mcg per spray.

HALF-LIFE: Unknown.

STANDARD PROTOCOL

2-5 sprays (200-500mcg), 1-3 times per day

MAXIMUM PROTOCOL

5-10 sprays (500mcg- 1mg),1- 3 times per day

The listed dose is the amount to be taken with each administration and should not be divided into multiple smaller doses throughout the day.
