CYCLING: 12-16 week cycle followed by 4-8 week washout period. Shorter cycles will not yield tangible results- do not begin this product with the intention of “trying it out” for 3 or 4 weeks. This will not be effective. Each week should consist of 5 consecutive dosing days followed by 2 “rest” days.

TIMING: Dose at bedtime

FASTING REQUIREMENTS: Dose should be administered on a fasted stomach, at least 90 minutes after your last meal.

RECONSTITUTION SOLUTION(S):

  • Hospira brand bacteriostatic water: preferred for this application, as it maintains a known, consistent pH. Other vendors have a tendency to have a certain amount of variance, and those pH differences can denature the peptide, altering its structure and potentially rendering it ineffective
  • .6% Acetic Acid solution: cofactor which will help prevent gelling

ADMINISTRATION: Subcutaneous Injection

RECONSTITUTION

  1. Remove the lyophilized peptide, .6% Acetic Acid solution, and Bacteriostatic water (should you have stored yours in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature) from the refrigerator and allow all to reach room temperature prior to beginning the reconstitution process.
  2. Add .5mL of .6% Acetic Acid solution to the vial first, rolling the vial gently between your palms to allow the Acetic Acid solution to mix into the powder thoroughly.
  3. Once there are no clumps of dry powder remaining, add 2.5mL of Bacteriostatic water to the vial. Roll gently between your palms until contents have completely dissolved and are thoroughly mix.
  4. DO NOT RETURN THE RECONSTITUTED BLEND TO THE REFRIGERATOR. This will have the greatest impact on preventing gelling.

DOSING

Weeks 1-6: Take 15 units (300mcg Tesamorelin, 300mcg Ipamorelin, and 150mcg CJC-1295 without DAC) per day, 5-7 days per week

Weeks 7-12: Either remain at 15 units per day/5-7days per week for the duration of the cycle OR increase to 25 units per day
