DOSING PROTOCOL FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION

CYCLE LENGTH: 4-8 weeks followed by 2-4 week washout period

FREQUENCY: Daily

TIMING: Is known to cause fairly unique/unusual sleep responses in a fairly high number of people. We strongly advise that your initial dose be taken when you have two or more days in a row off of work

FASTING REQUIREMENTS: While it is not absolutely mandatory to be fasted to dose, it is likely to substantially increase the bioavailability and thus the degree of benefit to the recipient

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral formulation

Weeks 1-3 (Adaptive Phase)*: Take 1 capsule, once per day, daily. Until this blend has built up and stabilized in your system and you have a solid understanding of how you will react to it moving forward, consider taking it around 3 hours prior to your final meal of the day, or somewhere around 5-7 hours before bedtime.

Weeks 4-6: Take 2 capsules, one while fasted immediately after wakeup, the second as late as you are able to without risking disrupting your sleep cycle.

Weeks 7-8* (Optional):

Option A) Take 3 capsules, either dosed one a time, three different times each day

OR

Option B) Take 3 capsules, maintaining twice a day dosing but doubling the dose you take immediately after waking up, then taking the usual single dose in the evening
