Semax is a synthetic peptide that is an analog of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). It has been studied for its neuroprotective, cognitive-enhancing, and antidepressant effects. Semax stimulates the release of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a protein that promotes neuron growth and survival, and modulates neurotransmitter levels including dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine. It offers nootropic, neuroprotective, and neurorestorative benefits.

SEMAX: 10MG — RECONSTITUTION AND DOSING PROTOCOL

6-8 week cycle followed by 6-8 week washout period
Takes 2-3 weeks to build up in system to the point where Semax is operating at optimal capacity

Subcutaneous Administration

STANDARD PROTOCOL

Add 3mL (300 units) of BAC water

Weeks 3-4: 15 units, 1x/day, 5-7 days/week

Weeks 5-8: 30 units, 1x/day, 5-7 days per week

MAXIMUM PROTOCOL (for stroke or TBI recovery)

Add 1mL (100 units) of BAC water

10 day cycle: 60 units (6mg), 1x/day, for 10 days
