Epithalon

Epithalon is a synthetic peptide that mimics epithalamin, a hormone which activates telomerase and melatonin, primarily used for anti-aging, improved sleep, a boosted immune system, and to fight cancer.


Anti-Aging

Suppresses the CCI11 and HMGH1 genes, regulating gene expression and protein synthesis, increasing the lifespan of its subjects. Gene expression is the cellโ€™s way of managing the amount and timing of the products created by our genes. This control is crucial because it allows cells to produce the necessary gene products when they are needed, allowing cells to adapt to a changing environment, respond to signals, and handle damage and other triggers. Protein synthesis is a core biological process occurring inside the cells, which balances the loss of cellular proteins through the production of new proteins.


Epithalon Induces Telomerase Activity

Telemores are important cellular structures whose integrity is essential for maintaining cell viability; their associated proteins are linked to cancer, cardiovascular disease, and aging. As you age, telomeres naturally get shorter every time they divide. Eventually they get so stubby that your cells stop dividing โ€” epithalon helps lengthen the telomeres again.


Case Study

Patients who received Epithalon treatments twice a year for three years were evaluated 12 years afterwards, at which time it was discovered that they had experienced a 28% lower rate of overall mortality than their control group counterparts.


Fighting Cancer

Inhibits carcinogenic receptor expression, leading to anti-tumor effects in breast and colorectal cancer. Helps to fight hormone-dependent tumors. Already adopted by the Russian medical industry for the inhibition of tumor development.

Improves retention and recall. Protects neurons from age-related dysfunction. Increases dendritic spines and branches in the brain, improving neuronal signaling and plasticity.

Side Effects

Standard Protocols

Option 1 (5 vials) โ€“ 2 cycles per year

  • Day 1: 50 units = 10mg
  • Day 5: 50 units = 10mg
  • Day 9: 50 units = 10mg
  • Day 13: 50 units = 10mg
  • Day 17: 50 units = 10mg

Option 2 (6 vials)

  • 50 units = 10mg, once per day, every 3rd day (Days 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16)

Option 3 (9 vials)

  • 50 units = 10mg, 3x/week, for 3 weeks (every other day)

Maximum Protocol

  • 50 units = 10mg, once per day, every day for 10 days
  • 2 cycles per year (1 cycle every 6 months)

Dosing Considerations

  • Subcutaneous injection
  • 10โ€“20mg per day, either in one or two injections
  • If dosing twice per day, administer once in the morning and once at night
  • Cycle for 10 days
  • Repeat the cycle twice per year (never sooner than 4 months after previous cycle)
  • Sometimes microdosed at 100โ€“500mcg in 1โ€“3 month cycles
  • Start low and increase dosage slowly as possible
