No less than 12-week cycle followed by 6 week washout period; may remain on oral formulation as long as 6 months , followed by a 3-month washout.

Dose any time of day or night

Fasted dosing is preferred, at least 30-60 minutes before drink/meal, but not absolutely necessary

Oral Administration

ORAL ADMINISTRATION DOSING PROTOCOL

Weeks 1-4: 1 capsule (2mg) per day, daily, for weeks 1-4

Weeks 5-8: 2 capsules (4mg) per day, daily, for weeks 5-8

Weeks 9-12: 3 capsules (6mg) per day, daily, for weeks 9-12

Weeks 13-24* (optional): 1-2 capsules (2-4mg) per day, 3-5 days per week as determined by personal need or preference. This stage typically results in a bit of trial and error before the proper dose is determined.
