PT-141

PT-141 is a synthetic peptide for treating sexual dysfunction and other related issues. It is intended to enhance sexual desire and increase sexual satisfaction in both men and women. It works by stimulating the melanocortin system, which is responsible for regulating sexual arousal, among other functions. Not only is there a remarkable enhancement of libido, but increased orgasmic responses as well.

Common Side Effects

  • Flushing
  • Headaches

Headaches and flushing are the most common side effects, reported in about 20–40% of users. Nausea occurs in about 15% of users. Regardless, these side effects are generally mild in severity.

Less Common but More Serious Side Effects Include

  • Vomiting
  • Blurred vision
  • Dizziness
  • Joint pain or swelling
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Fatigue

Please note: Dizziness and blurred vision occurring simultaneously may indicate a more serious underlying issue. Consult a physician immediately if this happens.

Dosing Protocol

PT-141: 10 mg vial
Mix with 2 mL (200 units) of bacteriostatic water
Subcutaneous Administration
Use 0.3 mL / 30-unit insulin syringes for accuracy
Inject 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to sexual activity

Initial Dose (Test for Tolerance)

  • 10 units (500 mcg)
  • This is not intended to be effective for sexual activity. It ensures your body tolerates the peptide before using a full therapeutic dose. Use this dose before an actual encounter.

Standard Dose

  • 40 units (2 mg)
  • Inject 45–60 minutes before sex
  • Do not exceed 1 injection in 24 hours
  • Do not exceed 8 standard doses (16 mg total) per month

Maximum Dose

  • 50 units (2.5 mg)
  • Only use this dose if you’ve developed a tolerance to the standard dose
  • Do not exceed this dose under any circumstances
  • Do not exceed 8 total doses per month

Important Notes

  • Long-term use of PT-141 may lead to desensitization of the melanocortin system, reducing effectiveness
  • If you need the effects of PT-141 more frequently, ask about alternate peptides to rotate between for safety
  • DO NOT exceed monthly maximums — this could damage your health

PT-141 Stacking Suggestions

  • Melanotan-2 – for enhanced libido, skin tone, and sexual confidence
  • Bremelanotide – an alternative peptide that works via similar melanocortin pathways, useful for rotation
  • Oxytocin – amplifies connection, bonding, and emotional intimacy effects
